Just The Tonic: FAQs
Just The Tonic have partnered exclusively with us to ensure all print is produced professionally, handled correctly, and delivered on time.
We are the only company authorised to deliver to the JTT print store.
If you order through any other print company:
- Your delivery will be rejected at the venue.
- You’ll need to have it delivered to your accommodation instead.
⚠️ Please be cautious of other companies falsely claiming they can deliver to Just The Tonic – they can’t. Any unauthorised deliveries will be turned away.
Your print will be ready to collect from Just The Tonic, Greyfriars Charteris, 138-140 Pleasance, EH8 9RR on 30th July 2025, 9am-5pm.
Yes, we will assist you to install the template if needed
Yes, we do. Please send your customisation requests to email@domain.com, we will give you our quote. Thank you.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
