Terms of this sale

These boards are limited and sold on a genuine first-come, first-served basis until the deadline above.

Made to order. Each board is printed to the artwork you supply and is therefore a bespoke, personalised item. Because of this, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply, and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. If you do not supply artwork by 12pm Tuesday 29th July, your slot is still reserved and produced for you and the order remains non-refundable, as it cannot be resold in time. Please do not order if you cannot meet the artwork deadline.

Pricing and VAT. The price shown on this listing excludes VAT. VAT at the applicable rate is added at checkout, so the total payable will be higher than the listed price.

Your legal rights are unaffected. If a board arrives faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

You may not resell, sub-let or transfer your board or advertising space.

Liability. After installation, we are not responsible for damage to boards from members of the public, weather, or other external factors outside our control. Replacements can be arranged directly through the Free Festival team if needed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
